2、According to the different purpose, puffing snack includes the staple food class, like sesame seed cake, bread, steamed buns, pancakes etc; tea class, like puffing seasoned millet mush; military food class, like extruded biscuit; pastry class, like walnut cake, furnace fruit,crisp pastry, mooncake, printed cake, egg roll; snack class, like the crunchy rice candy, curd; cold drinks and cakes, like the stuffing materials of ice-lolly, ice cream. The puffing snacks like puffing seasoned millet mush, printed cake and extruded biscuit use absolutely puffed coarse grains as raw materials.But some puffing snacks just use part of puffed coarse grains as raw materials.
