This is our patented new product pet treats production line that was producing bicolored twisted dog chews in a client’s factory(Watch the pet treats production line video on Youtube ). The core machine of this production line is a newly developed two-color pet treats extruder machine. The other machines include a mixer, a screw conveyor, a cooling machine, and a cutting machine. The capacity of this production line is about 300kg/h. In addition to producing two-color pet treats, it can also produce core-filled pet treats/pet food, cat food, fish feed, shrimp feed, crab feed, holothurian feed, etc. Pet food and aquatic feed.

The material food-touched parts and most of the machine surface are made of stainless steel. Main components such as motors, and converters are international or Chinese well-known brands such as Simens, and Delta, also can be customized with customers’requirements.
