The 27th pet fair asia, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center from August 20th to 22nd, concluded successfully.

Our company, Jinan Sunward Machinery Co., Ltd., is a developer and manufacturer of extrusion food machinery. Our food/feed extruders, dryers, etc. are core machines of pet food production lines. Over the past two decades, we have made significant contributions to the advancement and innovation of pet food production technology. As in previous years, we exhibited many of our best-selling products and latest R&D achievements at the show. The center of our booth was our 5-ton-per-hour pet food extruder, a medium-to-large model (our feed extruders currently produce up to 12 tons per hour). It incorporates numerous new technologies and integrates with other machines on the production line (multiple machines can be viewed and controlled from a single computer), significantly improving production efficiency. Furthermore, it features enhanced intelligence, including automated control and fault diagnosis capabilities, enabling real-time monitoring of equipment operating status, prompt identification and resolution of problems, and ensuring a stable and efficient production process. This marks the transition from automated production to intelligent production. 

During the exhibition, there was an endless stream of customers coming to our booth to inquire about our products. Our technical director also came to the exhibition site to design solutions on-site for many customers and answer their questions.
