Introduction of puff feed drying machine
In feed process, fish feed made by feed pellet machine is sinking type. Fish feed made by extruder is floating type, feeding effect very obvious. So the process are different.
A, structure
The high pressure steam which come from boiler form into water through heat exchanger,heat energy making the drying room with temperature 400C~1300C.The dryer is connected with a exhaust fan. When sucked by heater changer, cold air formed into hot air after. The hot air through mesh and product, dry the pellet which humidity less than 28% into water content less than 8%.
Due to air pressure and air flow conveying action, pellet are in suspension and self rotation. Drying effect it better with higher efficiency and completing drying uniformity.
The material with more water containing will be transferred into dryer. When dropped on the upper mesh,It will be dried by the first round through high-temperature gas advocacy role. And then it will be sent to the lower mesh to achieve the final drying. At least, material will be transferred out of dryer. After the high-temperature gas go through two meshes, its temperature is significantly reduced and contains a lot of moisture. Therefore, the air should be discharged by the fan on the top to ensure the drying effect.
